WeekdayWisdom.com and its owners respect your privacy. As such, this privacy statement spells out the kind of information we collect on this site, what we do with it, and how it may impact you.

• We collect and analyze web server information in our logs. Those logs include date accessed, files accessed, time accessed, a referral URL if any, your browser and machine type, and the IP number the file was accessed from. That IP number may resolve back to your individual machine, or may be behind a "proxy" server. Either way, we are not able to match an IP number to an individual person's name. We can use it to indicate the corporation, educational institution, or Internet Service Provider that provides your network connectivity.
  
  We utilize that information to track search requests, user frequency, popularity of files and/or subjects, and source of originating links to our site. This information is commonly collected and analyzed by web servers.
  
  This is a sample of two such log lines:

• We collect e-mail addresses on our "mail this URL to a friend" forms.
  
  We utililize that information to deliver the URL to the target address. That information also turns up in our log files, along with other server information, as indicated above. We may also look at that information in order to see what types of users are using the form, and what topics are most e-mailed.
  
  Aside from the e-mail ordered, no e-mail is ever sent to or from the address provided. We do not sell, rent, or transfer your e-mail address to any other party. We will not share that information with anyone. Entering such information will not put you on a mailing list, nor will we e-mail offers to your e-mail address.
  
  Should you not wish to enter the appropriate information, you can e-mail the page or URL to your friend
  using a standard e-mail program. We will not, of course, gain any identifying information in such a case.
  
  
• If you purchase an item through our web links to affiliate merchants, we receive a portion of your sale, but never receive any identifying information about you. The affiliate links help keep WeekdayWisdom.com operating. Links to Amazon.com or other merchants may recognize you as one of their customers. That information may turn up on graphics that are generated by that site, that appear as part of our pages. WeekdayWisdom.com is never a party to that information, which is encoded by the affiliate site onto your computer, and generated by the remote site as part of a graphic requested by your web browser.

Aside from these instances, no other identifiable information is collected or involved.

All information collected on this site is protected by password. Our log files are not public information, and
are not available on the Web. Our main log files are zeroed out every two weeks.
